Temperature decrease after implementation of the HW Bifipro®

In the past 3 years, AZ Klina has not observed elevated legionella levels in their sampling, which is why the hospital has been able to gradually lower their hot water temperature. Luc Knaepkens, Hospital Hygienist, explains: "With each negative sampling, we lowered our hot water temperature by 3 degrees. Over the entire period, we have reduced it to 45 degrees with negative legionella values. This has a major impact on CO2 emissions and, on the other hand, results in a huge saving in terms of energy."
