That’s why we have introduced a 4.5-day workweek, offer a sports allowance, provide access to nature coaching with Marjolein Rubens-Smit, and so-called calibration days; extra vacation days.

Since 2024, Holland Water has adopted a 4.5-day workweek. Our workweek now runs from Monday morning until Friday at 1:00 PM. For all employees. Holland Water’s priority is that all employees feel good about themselves. That starts with enough time and space for a happy private life that is not constantly under pressure from work. Holland Water offers employees that time and space with the 2.5-day weekend.
